We wanted to share an important update with you.
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause operations at Régénère as we take time to reflect on the future of the brand and explore what's next.
As of today, we are no longer accepting new orders. However, if you have already placed an order, it will continue to be processed and fulfilled as usual.
Our customer support team will remain available through July 24, 2026 to assist with any order- or shipment-related questions.
We are deeply grateful for your support, trust, and belief in what we have built together. While we're taking a pause for now, we hope to return in the future with new innovations and an even better experience.

Can I still reorder my custom formula?
Ordering has now closed. We’re no longer accepting new or repeat orders. Between now and July 24, 2026, we’re focused solely on fulfilling orders already placed. Thank you for your trust and support.
What about my open or pending orders?
Every order placed before ordering closed will be fulfilled and shipped as normal, with tracking sent to your email. Our support team is available through July 24, 2026 for anything order- or shipment-related.
What happens to my skin assessment and photos?
Your data is yours. We will keep your skin assessment and photos in your account until July 24, 2026, after which they will be permanently deleted from our systems. If you’d like a copy beforehand, email hello@regenere.com and we’ll send your records.
Will Régénère return?
We are not closing the door — this is a deliberate pause to reflect on what comes next. If anything changes, the people on our list will be the first to know. Thank you for being part of the story so far.
